Alder and I created this circle because over the years we realized how important journaling is to our well-being, but we noticed that people really struggled to journal. We find it difficult to set time aside in our busy lives. And the idea of journaling can sometimes cause anxiety, we obsess over it being perfect, or wanting it to sound so profound. Or it can be as simple as, you don’t know what to write about, or where to begin. Regardless of the why, we want to help answer the how.
